The Lakeview Model boasts 3 private bedrooms and a roomy open concept on a relatively small footprint. The Main floor plan has an open concept Kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room. The two main floor Bedrooms have easy access to the full bathroom. This model sits on a heated concrete slab or may be easily adapted for a full basement with access under main floor stairs.

The Lakeview Loft plan has room for a third Bedroom with 2 piece bath ensuite. There is also lots of storage space in otherwise unused sloped ceiling areas at each side of the loft. The loft plan may be easily redesigned as a completely open studio area.
