The Cozy Cabin Model has 1 bedroom on the main floor, a separate full bathroom with easy entry access and open concept Living,Dining and Kitchen areas.This plan is ideal as a waterfront get-away or for wilderness retreats. The cozy cabin can be built on a full basement, crawl space, concrete slab or piers.

The cozy cabin has a 2nd Bedroom with 2 piece bath ensuite. There is also lots of storage space in otherwise unused sloped ceiling areas at each side of the loft. The loft plan may be easily redesigned as a completely open studio area. The gallery can be used as a sitting area or space for extra guests.
